The Falcon remake clone called Re-Falcon (earlier report from this spring:ย News on the Re-Falcon project) is now officially released on Github.
Anyone wishing to build their own Falcon from scratch are now theoretically able to do so.ย There are 820 components to mount and sourcing all of them is in itself quite a project, not to mention the big technical work to assemble it.

Prototypes of Re-Falcon have proven to work well, running Falcon demos, games and other software. The Re-Falcon board is refined and does not need clock patches like many original Atari boards do. The machine is tested with CT63 and runs well without the mentioned clock patch.
